Annual Corporate Governance Report

The Redexis Corporate Governance system is designed to make the company achieve the strategic objectives and international best practices are incorporated into the management of businesses.

For this purpose, although Redexis is not listed on the financial markets, the Company applies similar corporate governance standards of listed companies.

In this sense and even if the applicable law does not establish an obligation to issue a report on corporate governance for Redexis Gas, S.A. At an exercise in transparency and good governance, in February 2018, the Board of Directors agreed the issuing of the Annual Corporate Governance Report.
